Zoe’s approach to coaching is grounded in a lifelong belief in creating a life and career that feel purposeful, balanced and genuinely your own.
Growing up in a family business, she was inspired from an early age by self-employment and rural enterprise. After a successful career in the public sector, Zoe realised that ambition in 2015 when she moved to Windyhill Kennels and began developing the business around the life she wanted to create.
Throughout her career, Zoe has worked with people at very different stages of life and leadership, from hard-to-reach young adults to senior Council leaders. This breadth of experience has shaped a coaching style that is practical, empathetic and focused on helping people move forward.
As a successful business owner, Zoe has evolved Windyhill Kennels in line with her vision for a better life-work balance in a location she loves. Nature and the countryside are central to how she lives and works, and she brings this into her coaching where appropriate to create space for reflection, perspective and clearer thinking.

Sarah founded Coaching CoLAB with her sister Zoe in 2026. Their aim is to bring Coaching for Leadership Across Boundaries covering a range of solutions.
Sarah’s coaching is grounded in more than 30 years’ experience across Construction, Engineering and Technology, giving her a deep understanding of the pressures faced by leaders working in technical organisations.
She is a Thinking Partner for Business Leaders and Owners, creating space to shift from operational pressure to perspective. Drawing on her own leadership experience, PhD and advanced coaching practice, Sarah combines structured coaching with tools and techniques tailored to the individual or team.
Sarah developed Wisdom Listens to work with live leadership challenges. Rather than adding more theory, the coaching creates the space to examine what is happening, challenge established patterns and embed leadership skills that move leaders towards their desired outcomes.
